South Beach Diet Plans
One of the biggest questions I have been asked since I have used the South Beach Diet to lose weight is how the diet plans work. People want to know if the diet is flexible or if there is some specific diet that you have to follow. While the South Beach Diet is somewhat flexible, it does call for a specific plan. But, you can get your own South Beach Diet created just for you. Thist makes the diet a lot more flexible in my mind than most of the other big diets out there. Atkins, the Aspen Diet, etc. I am not a dietician and not some kind of pro diet guy. I just know that I have found the South Beach Diet to be something that was easy for me to follow and use to lose weight pretty quickly. While I have gained a few pound over the past six months, I know that now that summer is upon us, I can use the South Beach Diet to get back to my fighting weight easily.
